USER AGREEMENT

The following describes the terms on which Wooogle.com offers you access to our services.

Introduction

Welcome to Wooogle.com. By using the services on the Wooogle.com websites (Wooogle.com and other related websites where this agreement appears) (the "Sites", "We", "Us"), the user ("You" / "Ad owner") is agreeing to the following terms, including those available by hyperlink, (the "Term of Use" or "User Agreement") with Wooogle.com and the general principles for the websites.

Before you may become a member of Wooogle.com, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this User Agreement and the Term of Use. We strongly recommend that.

TERM OF USE

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Wooogle.com ("The Sites", "Us", "We") provides a collection of online resources, including classified ads and web developing services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("You" / "Ad owner"). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using particular Wooogle.com services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Wooogle.com services, which may change from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Wooogle.com in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Wooogle.com.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms of use at any time. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.

CONTENT

The user ("You" / "Ad owner") understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, or other materials ("Content") posted on or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.

You are entirely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that you post, message or otherwise make available via the Service.

You understand that we ("Wooogle.com") do not control, and are not responsible for Content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

The Site ("Wooogle.com") and Content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of us. We make no representation nor warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other webites is at your own risk.

Wooogle.com reserves the right to remove, edit, move advertisements or close any account for any reason.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you ("Ad owner").

Each member ("Ad owner") is allowed one signing account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.

Select the most appropriate category which relates to your ad before posting. It makes it easier for other people to find what they are looking for and you are more likely to get a response.

Posting to a wrong category may result in removal of your ad.Do not post the same or similar title and description in multiple classified ads. Multiple posts are unnecessary and will be deleted. Please do not reply to yourself.

No offensive posts, you will not post any messages that are obscene, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any local or international laws. This includes links in your comments as well as posted images and photos.

No Spamming - You will not mass-email multiple members of this site the same message.

LIABILITY

a.) You will not hold Wooogle.com responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including things they post.

b.) We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.

c.) We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

d.) We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and operation of the Sites may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted, we exclude all implied warranties, terms and conditions.

e.) We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Sites. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.


This Agreement is effective on January 1, 2009, for current users, and upon acceptance for new users. The previous amendment to this Agreement was effective for all users on September 19, 2008.
